You can make an appointment by telephoning 71810252 or calling at the surgery between
8:45a.m. – 6:00p.m. each weekday. You can see any of the doctors but it is better
for you, and us, if you try and see the same doctor each time.
GENUINE EMERGENCIES will be seen on the same day but you may not be seen by the doctor
of your choice. If you cannot keep your appointment please telephone and cancel so
that the appointment can be given to another patient. On arrival at the Medical Centre
patients should report to reception. If you are too unwell to come to the Medical
Centre we will visit you at home. Whenever possible please make visit requests by
10:30a.m. giving name, address, telephone number and brief details about your illness.
This will help the doctor assess the priority of the visit.
We would urge you to come to the Medical Centre whenever possible as for every single
home visit at least 3 patients could have been seen in the surgery.
Medical cover out of hours is provided by FOYLEDOC GP CO-OP. The telephone number
can be obtained by telephoning 71810252 after hours.
