TEST RESULTS

Please telephone 71813931 between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm for results of laboratory tests, smears, x-rays etc.Information will not be given to another person unlesswe have your permission.

PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS

These can be requested by telephoning 71813930 between 9.30am and 4.30pm. Alternatively you can bring your request to reception. It would help the receptionists if all the items required in the next month

could be ordered at one time. The prescription takes 24 hours to be processed so please don't let your medicines run out. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelopewe can post your prescription to you.

REGISTRATION

All new patients are invited to have a medical check-up on joining the practice.To enable us to maintain accurate records, please inform us of any change of name or address as soon as possible.

IMMUNISATION

CHILD HEALTH SURVELLIANCE

This takes place each Thursday from 10.30am - 11.00am with the Health Visitor and Doctor present.  All routine childhood immunisations are given and 8 week baby checks carried out. The 4 year old pre-school checks and immunisations are carried out on Wednesday mornings by appointment only.

ANTE NATAL

This clinic is run on Wednesday mornings from 9.30am - 10.30am.The booking clinic takes place on Tuesday mornings from 9.00am -10.30am

MINOR SURGERY

A Minor surgery clinic is run on a weekly basis by
